Renting student rooms is our core business. All student rooms are offered under our own management; we do not rent for third parties. Our goal is to make your stay in the bustling city of Antwerp as fine as possible and to support you studies as efficiently as possible as regards of the room infrastructure.

So you are never alone. With us, there is always someone available and all necessary measures are taken in case of emergency to solve your problem asap. We want to offer good student housing and therefore constantly innovate and constantly provide better housing. From the beginning to the end, we carefully follow every project, from land acquisition across building to the letting. We also attach great importance to ensure that all buildings are kept in excellent condition and the necessary maintenance and repairs performed. In return we expect from the tenants full respect of construction and materials.

Safety

The model

All the rooms are modern with new and contemporary furnishings. We have chosen sustainable materials and functional properties for the furniture and equipment. The rooms also have color accents that are young but also easy to fit everyone's taste and feeling. Students can further brighten their room; posters, cards, photos to enhance a friendly atmosphere can be placed on bulletin boards which are provided in each room. Thus, the walls can remain clean and undamaged.

It was ensured that the common kitchen is not only functional but also shows a modern and reviving appearance. Here again notice boards are available for taking care of the social communication.

Common parts

We realize that for students the common parts (corridors, staircase, kitchen ...) are important. These are therefore once a week cleaned our services. This can be no substitute for order and cleanliness which the residents in a shared occupancy should provide individually and together. The personal care of the tenants and the contribution of a motivated cleaning-team ensures that the premises always give a clean and pleasing sight where everyone feels that it is good to stay.
